Peru is a multiethnic country with different regions where it has been possible to find different facial features, many of which have not yet been studied; therefore this study seeks to determine what are the characteristics of facial profile in patients 18 to 25 years who come to Bethlehem Polyclinic Santiago - Cusco 2016 by analyzing Powell. The facial profile 60 patients (39 female and 21 male) which measures the Nasofrontal, Nasofacial , Nasomental , Mentocervical angles were obtained was evaluated by photographic analysis. This work is not experimental research was quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional observational being random probability sampling determining the sample of 60 patients who met the selection criteria. Was used as a research tool a tab data collection which was validated by three experts, it was used as direct observation technique photography by analyzing Powell. The average obtained for each of them was Nasofrontal of 129.65 , Nasofacial of 34.82 , 129.52 and Nasomental of Mentocervical of 89.58 and it was determined that the age group with the highest percentage reflected in ages 18 to 19 years with 35.0 % , followed by the age group of 22 to 23 years with 23.3%. It has also been determined that the altered facial angles with the highest percentage are Nasofrontal with 40.0 % and 25.0 % Nasomental with in females , while normal facial angles with the highest percentage was Nasofacial 58 , 3% and 51.7 % Mentocervical angle in females. The results indicate that the predominant facial profile was convex with 63.3 % followed by the straight facial profile with 30 % and smaller percentage concave facial profile with 6.7 % and according to age group predominates also was the convex in patients aged 18 to 19 years with 25.0 % followed by the age group of 20 to 21 years with 13.3 % and equal to this age group of 24 to 25 years also with 13.3 % followed profile straight between 22 to 23 years with 10.0 %. In conclusion the values obtained allow to propose different values to those initially proposed by Powell; this mainly due to anatomical - Caucasian ethnic between whites and patients of this study differences.
