Abstract: El trabajo de investigación “CONOCIMIENTO SOBRE TAMIZAJE NEONATAL
EN PUÉRPERAS ATENDIDAS EN EL HOSPITAL QUILLABAMBA CUSCO –
2023”, cuyo objetivo fue Determinar los conocimientos sobre Tamizaje Neonatal en
puérperas atendidas en el Hospital Quillabamba Cusco - 2023. La metodología: Estudio
descriptivo y transversal, la muestra fue 59 Puérperas, a quienes se aplicó la encuesta a
través de un cuestionario.
Los resultados en cuanto a las características sociodemográficas de las puérperas, 64% de
las puérperas atendidas en el Hospital Quillabamba tienen edades entre 18 a 25 años;
55,7% han referido un grado de instrucción superior; 47,1% proceden de la zona rural;
30,0% cuentan con trabajo dependiente respectivamente; 45,7% son convivientes; 52,9%
de las Puérperas tuvieron más de 7 controles prenatales. En cuanto a las Características
Sociodemográficas del Neonato un 52,9% de los Neonatos son del sexo femenino;
92,9% de Neonatos pesa más de 2000kg; 54,3% los Neonatos son hijos primeros; 61,4%
de Neonatos nacieron por parto eutócico; 95,7% de los Neonatos no tuvieron
malformaciones congénitas; 84,3%de los Neonatos son de 25 a 40 semanas en edad
gestacional.
Respecto a las dimensiones: Conocimiento sobre tamizaje neonatal 51,4% tiene un nivel
de conocimiento regular, con respecto a la dimensión Procedimiento del Tamizaje
Neonatal: 45,7% tiene un conocimiento regular; con respecto a la dimensión tipos de
enfermedades detectables: 45,7% tienen el conocimiento regular; con respecto a la
dimensión contraindicaciones para tomar Tamizaje Neonatal; 67,1% tiene un
conocimiento bueno
The research work “KNOWLEDGE ABOUT NEONATAL SCREENING IN PUERPERA WOMEN CARED AT THE QUILLABAMBA HOSPITAL CUSCO - 2023”, whose objective was to determine the knowledge about Neonatal Screening in puerperal women cared for at the Quillabamba Hospital Cusco - 2023. The methodology: Descriptive and cross-sectional study, the The sample was 59 Puerperal Women, to whom the survey was applied through a questionnaire. The results regarding the sociodemographic characteristics of the puerperal women, 64% of the puerperal women treated at the Quillabamba Hospital are between 18 and 25 years old; 55.7% have reported a higher level of education; 47.1% come from rural areas; 30.0% have dependent work respectively; 45.7% are cohabitants; 52.9% of the Puerperal Women had more than 7 prenatal check-ups.
