Desnaturalización de los fines de la asociación de transportistas cono norte en Sicuani- Canchis año 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado: “Desnaturalización de los Fines de la Asociación de Transportistas Cono Norte en Sicuani-Canchis año 2019”, Tiene como objetivo general; determinar en qué medida la infracción del art. 80 del Código Civil ocasiona la desnaturalización de los fines de la Asociación de Transportistas Cono Norte en Sicuani – Canchis año 2019. Como objetivos secundarios, analizar si la infracción del art. 78 y 82.2 del Código Civil trae como consecuencia la desnaturalización de los fines de la Asociación de Transportistas Cono Norte en Sicuani - Canchis año 2019. Asimismo, analizar si la infracción del art. 98 del Código Civil trae como consecuencia la desnaturalización de los fines de la Asociación de Transportistas Cono Norte en Sicuani-Canchis año 2019. La investigación consta de tres capítulos: Primer capítulo, problema y método de investigación, planteamiento del problema, formulación del problema, objetivos de la investigación, justificación del estudio, metodología aplicada al estudio, población y muestra, técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos, hipótesis del trabajo y categorías de estudio. Segundo capítulo, posee el marco teórico, antecedentes de la investigación, bases teóricas y definición de términos. El Tercer capítulo, consta de los resultados de los estudios, análisis de los hallazgos, discusión y contrastación de los hallazgos, conclusiones, recomendaciones, referencias bibliográficas y anexos.

This research work entitled; "Denaturalization of the Purposes of the North Cone Transporters Association in Sicuani - Canchis year 2019", Its general objective is; determine to what extent the violation of art. 80 of the Civil Code causes the distortion of the purposes of the North Cone Carriers Association in Sicuani - Canchis year 2019. As secondary objectives, to analyze if the violation of art. 78 and 82.2 of the Civil Code results in the denaturation of the purposes of the North Cone Transporters Association in Sicuani - Canchis year 2019. Likewise, analyze whether the violation of art. 98 of the Civil Code results in the distortion of the purposes of the North Cone Transporters Association in Sicuani - Canchis year 2019. The research consists of three chapters: First chapter, problem and research method, problem statement, problem formulation, research objectives, study justification, methodology applied to the study, population and sample, data collection techniques and instruments, work hypothesis and study categories. Second chapter, has the theoretical framework, research background, theoretical basis and definition of terms. The third chapter consists of the results of the studies, analysis of the findings, discussion and contrast of the findings, conclusions, recommendations, bibliographical references and annexes.
