It is these reasons that to fulfill the purpose in this research has-been onducted immersed in the concepts study, norms, principles and jurisprudence of the constitutional court requiring disciplinary bodies to guarantee the basic rights of the police, the same way develop concepts and analysis of that different authors refer to the rights and principles to respect all rules dictated to our Constitution lesser hierarchy, seeking to Identify the basic rights of police officers violate the who Law of Disciplinary Regime of the National Police Peru.
