Abstract: El presente trabajo de investigación, tuvo como objetivo general describir como es el marketing
digital de los hoteles turísticos del distrito de Pisac, junto con sus cuatro dimensiones, que
vienen a ser las técnicas de comunicación en línea, estos son: Marketing en motores de
búsqueda, marketing en redes sociales, publicidad en línea y marketing por correo electrónico.
Respecto a la metodología, la investigación es de tipo básica, con enfoque cuantitativo, de
alcance descriptivo y el diseño es no experimental. La población está constituida por 35 hoteles;
dado a que no es tan numerosa, es decir es finita, la muestra viene a ser los 35 hoteles, en donde
se aplicó un cuestionario con un total de 20 ítems, lo cual está dirigido a los propietarios o
encargados del área de marketing de dichos hoteles. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el
marketing digital de los hoteles tiene un promedio de 2.68 haciendo que se encuentre en un
nivel que no es ni adecuado ni inadecuado, es decir los propietarios o encargados del área de
marketing presentan dificultades al momento de desarrollar adecuadamente las técnicas de
comunicación en línea. En cuanto al marketing en motores de búsqueda, obtuvo un promedio
2.18, lo que indica que se encuentra en un nivel inadecuado; el marketing en redes sociales tiene
un promedio de 2.79, señalando que su nivel no es ni adecuado ni inadecuado; la dimensión
que obtuvo el promedio más bajo fue publicidad en línea con 1.78, evidenciando que el nivel
en el que se encuentra es totalmente inadecuado y por último la única dimensión que obtuvo el
promedio más alto fue marketing por correo electrónico con 3.97, lo que se considera como
adecuado según la escala de medición establecida.
