Calidad del llenado en la tarjeta de control materno-perinatal de los profesionales de salud en pacientes atendidas en el Servicio de Gineco-Obstetricia - Hospital Regional del Cusco – 2019

Abstract

La tesis mencionada “LA CALIDAD DEL LLENADO DE LAS TARJETAS DE CONTROL MATERNO PERINATAL DE LOS PROFESIONALES DE SALUD EN PACIENTES ATENDIDAS EN EL SERVICIO DE GINECO-OBSTETRICIA- HOSPITAL REGIONAL DEL CUSCO-2019” El objetivo general es Determinar la Calidad del llenado en la tarjeta de control materno-perinatal de los profesionales de la salud en pacientes que son atendidas en el servicio de Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital Regional del Cusco en el año 2019. Material y Método: Es un estudio de tipo descriptivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo. Se aplicó el instrumento para la recolección de datos en 340 tarjetas, escogidas según el criterio de inclusión. Resultados: En la tarjeta de control materno perinatal del Hospital Regional del Cusco en la dimensión de la calidad del llenado en datos generales con el 79.37% es BUENO, en la gestación actual con 53.32% es REGULAR, el 02.35% de omisiones es MALO, en los exámenes de laboratorio el 48.32% es REGULAR y atenciones prenatales con el 54.72% es REGULAR. Conclusiones: Se concluye que las tarjetas de control materno perinatal en pacientes atendidas en el servicio de Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital Regional del Cusco- 2019 presentan omisiones frecuentes.

The aforementioned thesis “THE QUALITY OF THE FILLING IN OF THE MATERNAL PERINATAL CONTROL CARDS OF HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IN PATIENTS ATTENDED TO THE GINECO-OBSTETRICS SERVICE- REGIONAL HOSPITAL OF CUSCO-2019“ The general objective is to determine the quality of the filling in the card of maternal-perinatal control of health professionals in patients who are cared for in the Gynecology-Obstetrics service of the Regional Hospital of Cusco in 2019. Material and Method: It is a descriptive study, with a quantitative approach. The instrument was applied to collect data on 340 cards, chosen according to the inclusion criteria. Results: In the perinatal maternal control card of the Regional Hospital of Cusco in the dimension of filling quality in general data with 79.37% it is GOOD, in the current pregnancy with 53.32% it is REGULAR, 02.35% of omissions is BAD, in laboratory tests, 48.32% are REGULAR and prenatal care with 54.72% is REGULAR. Conclusions: It is concluded that the maternal-perinatal control cards in patients treated in the Gynecology-Obstetrics service of the Regional Hospital of Cusco-2019 present frequent omissions.
