This study aimed to determine the degree of relatedness of labor skills of workers with the satisfaction of business users of urban and intercity public passenger transport in the province of Cusco; research belongs to the quantitative approach, whose scope is correlational / descriptive, not experimental design transeccional cut, the study population for labor skills was aimed at 2,440 workers, whose sample was 332 workers, whereas the study population for will determine user satisfaction was based on the number of workers surveyed, this means that for every worker, was taken to a user who gave us information about their satisfaction with the care provided by this (332). The research results show that 91.3% of workers have an average level of labor skills which generates an average level of satisfaction among users who use the urban transport service, according to the statistical results value p is 0.000 <0.05, 95% confidence Chi square test we can say that there is significant relationship between skills and satisfaction of users of urban and intercity public passenger transport in the province of Cusco, with a ratio of 31.3%
