La función de dirección en el centro de abastos Vinocanchón del distrito de San Jerónimo, 2015.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “La Función de Dirección en el Centro de Abastos Vinocanchon del Distrito de San Jerónimo, 2015”, tiene como objetivo general conocer la función de dirección. Estudio que parte del problema que la función de dirección en el Centro de Abastos Vinocanchon estuvo siendo ejercido de manera inapropiada y con limitaciones en las funciones de liderazgo, comunicación, motivación, supervisión y toma de decisiones.

El nivel de estudio es descriptivo, y el tipo de investigación es básica, con un diseño no experimental, la población en estudio estuvo constituida por 40 personas, las técnicas fueron entrevista y encuesta, y el instrumento fue el cuestionario, los mismos que fueron procesados en el SPSS.

En el Centro de Abastos Vinocanchon, se determinó que el 66.7% de los comerciantes representantes de cada sección, afirman como regular el ejercicio de la función de dirección, en cambio el 70% de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de San Jerónimo, afirman como buena el ejercicio de la función de dirección por parte de la Oficina de División de Comercio; la cual se analizó desde los indicadores de liderazgo, comunicación, motivación, supervisión y toma de decisiones.

This research paper entitled “The Role of Management in Supply Center Vinocanchon District of San Jerónimo, 2015“ overall objective understanding of the role of leadership. Study of the problem that the leading role in the Abastos Center Vinocanchon was being exercised improperly and limitations in the functions of leadership, communication, motivation, supervision and decision making. The level of study is descriptive, and the type of research is basic, with a non-experimental design, the study population consisted of 40 people, the techniques were interview and survey, and the instrument was the questionnaire, the same as they were processed in SPSS. In the Centro de Abastos Vinocanchon, it was determined that 66.7% of traders representatives of each section, claim to regulate the exercise of the steering function, whereas the 70% of workers in the District Municipality of San Jerónimo, say as exercising good leadership role by the Bureau of Trade Division; which it was analyzed from the indicators of leadership, communication, motivation, supervision and decision making.
