The analysis of labor productivity in the expansion and upgrading of the treatment plant's wastewater - San Jerónimo, Cusco developed by the company COSAPI through the application of the Lean Construction tools. It is noteworthy that the Lean philosophy encompasses the entire universe of the project, from conception of the project to its use. This project has been focused solely on the construction stage, as the most critical and where the greatest amount of resources used. Productivity was analyzed from a “Study of Labor“, “, where it was determined the levels of occupation of the time; classifying them into productive work, contributory and non-contributory. The importance of a study of this nature is to know the operations involved in the process, which allows to consider suggestions for improvement to make the most efficient processes. In addition to the tools proposed by the IGLC (International Group of Lean Construction), measurements of actual performance of all activities of steel, formwork and concrete were taken. Thus, variations between the scheduled performances (according to historical records of the company) and the calculated actual yields were determined. From the results obtained from non-productive workflows were identified and raised possible solutions to reduce or eliminate them. Subsequently it culminated with discussions, conclusions and recommendations with the aim of providing an easier method and with better results, for the benefit of both the company and the employees.
