compromiso organizacional.
The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment among employees of Clínica Mac Salud, Cusco-2023. Adopting a quantitative approach of correlational scope, a non- experimental design was used to analyze how organizational support is related to the various dimensions of organizational commitment among employees. The study population consisted of 124 health care workers, and a sample of 94 was selected. The Perceived Organizational Support Questionnaire and the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire were used to collect the data. The descriptive analysis revealed that most of the workers perceived a medium level of organizational support and showed a medium level of organizational commitment. Through inferential analysis, specifically through Spearman's correlation coefficient, a significant relationship was found between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment (rho=0.327, p=0.001), this validating the general hypothesis of the research. The conclusions highlight that greater perceived organizational support is associated with higher levels of organizational commitment.
