The target population consisted of 149 individuals, and the sample comprised 108 administrative workers from the University Micaela Bastidas de Apurímac. A questionnaire consisting of 43 items was used as the data collection instrument, and the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was applied to validate the instrument.
