Implementación de la metodología 5S y su impacto en la productividad de la Ferretería AGROFER, provincia de Calca, Cusco - 2022

Abstract

La presente tesis consiste sobre la Implementación de la metodología 5S y su impacto en la productividad en el almacén de la Ferretería AGROFER, la cual inicio con su funcionamiento un de 10 años, el cual ofrece la venta de productos tanto agropecuarios como de ferretería en el distrito de Yanatile. El objetivo general de la presente investigación es determinar el impacto de la implementación de la metodología 5S en la productividad de la Ferretería AGROFER, Calca, Cusco, Perú – 2022. La investigación es de tipo aplicada; con un nivel explicativo; el diseño fue de tipo pre-experimental; los instrumentos utilizados fueron Guía de Observación, Check list. Para la realización de la presente investigación se utilizó como población todos los productos de la ferretería Agrofer, y como muestra se utilizó los productos ubicados en el almacén de la ya mencionada ferretería. Los datos fueron analizados mediante el Softwar SPSS versión 25, con los cuales se realizaron los contrastes de la Hipótesis General y las Especificas. En conclusión, la presente investigación obtuvo como resultados según el test de saphiro Wilk y la prueba de wilcoxon un incremento de 14% en la eficiencia, 18% en la eficacia y 24% en la productividad en el almacén de la Ferretería Agrofer.

This thesis consists of the Implementation of the 5S methodology and its impact on productivity in the AGROFER Hardware store, which began operating for 10 years, which offers the sale of both agricultural and hardware products in the Yanatile district. The general objective of this research is to calculate the impact of the implementation of the 5S methodology on the productivity of the AGROFER Hardware store, Calca, Cusco, Peru – 2022. The research is of an applied type; with an explanatory level; The design was experimental; The instruments used were Observation Guide, Check list. To carry out this research, all the products from the Agrofer hardware store were used as the population, and the products located in the warehouse of the aforementioned hardware store were used as a sample. The data were analyzed using SPSS software version 25, with which the contrasts of the General and Specific Hypotheses were carried out. In conclusion, the present investigation obtained as results according to the Saphiro Wilk test and the Wilcoxon test an increase of 14% in efficiency, 18% in effectiveness and 24% in productivity in the Agrofer Hardware store.
