The study named under the name is the management of huma talent of the administrative Gerencia Regional de Infraestructura Management of the management Gobierno Regional de Madre de Dios, period 2017? and the changes that are innovating organizations, which respond to technological, social, cultural, legal, political and ecological factors that act together as a system in a dynamic environment of forces, which require them to permanently improve their models of human talent management in the environments that all these organizations operate; this panorama that is presented, requires that the Regional Management of Infrastructure of the Regional Government of Madre de Dios raise new behavioral knowledge of human talent management for your organization, facing current trends, this makes it necessary above all, to visualize the institution as a set of resources, capacities and skills that can be used to generate leadership in their sector, where they seek to achieve objectives, and satisfaction for citizens. During this investigation, reliability of the management of human talent of the administrative Gerencia Regional de Infraestructura Management of the management Gobierno Regional de Madre de Dios, period 2017 was verified. The research is descriptive under the quantitative approach, a Likert scale was used, the Cronbach's Alpha method was applied, which estimates the item correlations, considered acceptable, with a 0.700, which confirms the questionnaire is will provide favorable results for the investigation.
