This research with title “Analysis of the legal institutions in charge of the Parliamentary Dissolution and the Issue of Trust in the Political Constitution of 1993 and its impact on national politics“, belonging to the branch of Constitutional Law, consists of an analysis to determine what is the relationship between the constitutional legal figures in charge of the Parliamentary Dissolution and the Issue of Trust. For the development of this research, the Qualitative approach was used because it seeks to explain a reality, based on the experiences of the subjects to whom the data collection instruments have been applied. Likewise, the work carried out is based on analysis, description and interpretation, rather than on statistical measurements, in order to establish the relationships between the study variables. The type of research is Descriptive. - Purposeful. - because, in the end, it raises a constitutional reform proposal. Among the conclusions, it can be indicated that there is a close relationship between the constitutional legal institutions in charge of the Parliamentary Dissolution and the Issue of Trust, which is based on the relationship of cause and effect, where the Parliamentary Dissolution will occur as an effect of the denial of confidence to two Councils of Ministers.
