This research makes “Perfect suspension of Work in times of pandemic and the violation of the socio-labor rights of workers in the tourism sector in the District of Cusco -2020”. Its purpose is to describe to what extent the application of the Perfect Suspension of Work (hereinaftr PSW) in times of pandemic influences the economic impact of workers in the tourism sector. In this sense, we propose as specific objectives: Describe how the application of the PSW in times of pandemic influences the economic impact of workers in the tourism sector in the District of Cusco - 2020. Know how the application of the PSW in times of pandemic influences the violation of the fundamental right to work of workers in the tourism sector in the Distrito de Cusco -2020. Determine how compliance with the legal provisions that regulate the PSW in times of pandemic influences the violation of the socio- labor rights of workers in the hotel sector in the District of Cusco -2020. The type of research is descriptive-explanatory, which consists of describing a phenomenon and what are the situations that arise, itself, the approach is qualitative in nature, since it aims to make perfect suspension compatible with the violation of rights from a theoretical perspective labor partner. Data were obtained through a semi-structured interview.
