The présente work of investigation is located in the line of investigation of didactics the one that constitutes a vision of the existing problematics in the top education recounted to the education - learning, which nowadays one comes developing in the process of education learning. There will be looked the relation of the learning strategy (ACCRA) by the methodology of Learning Based on Problems (ABP). To improve aspects relative to the use of the critical thought, to the development of skills of communication and practical, as well as the utilization of the scientific evidence in the practical formation in the Professional Career of Systems engineering. The central problem is summarized in the question: relation exists between the learning strategies (ACCRA) with the methodology of learning based on problems (ABP), on the pupils of the seventh cycle of the Professional Career of Systems engineering in the Andean University of the Cusco.
