Habilidades investigativas del estudiante y el proceso de desarrollo del taller pro tesis de la Escuela Profesional de Administración, Universidad Andina del Cusco-2016.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre las Habilidades investigativas del estudiante y el proceso de desarrollo del taller Pro-tesis, el alcance del estudio es descriptivo correlacional de ambas variables, con un diseño no experimental, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumentó el cuestionario; los datos obtenidos fueron procesados a través del programa SPSS con una población de estudio conformada por 48 estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Administración, inscritos en los talleres del Pro-tesis durante el año 2016. En la investigación se concluyó que las habilidades investigativas se relacionan con el desarrollo del proceso del taller de Pró-tesis en la Escuela Profesional de Administración de la Universidad Andina del Cusco - 2016. Donde el nivel de relación mediante la correlación de Spearman es 0.607 es decir de 60% la misma que se puede considerar como una correlación positiva moderada, reflejando que al mejorar las habilidades investigativas del estudiante de pregrado mejora su participación en el proceso de desarrollo de la modalidad de titulación del taller del Pro-tesis.

The present research work was developed with the objective of determining the relationship between the research skills of the student and the process of development of the Pro-thesis workshop, the scope of the study is descriptive correlational of both variables, with a nonexperimental design, the technique used was the survey and the questionnaire was implemented; the data obtained were processed through the SPSS program with a study population consisting of 48 students from the Professional School of Administration, enrolled in the Pro-thesis workshops during 2016. In the research it was concluded that the investigative skills are related to the development of the process of the Pro-thesis workshop at the Professional School of Administration of the Universidad Andina del Cusco - 2016. Where the level of relationship through the Spearman correlation is 0.607 is say 60%; The same can be considered as a moderate positive correlation, reflecting that improving the research skills of undergraduate students improves their participation in the process of developing the degree modality of the Pro-thesis workshop.
