Descriptive, not experimental, transversal, quantitative design, which aims to determine sexual practices in users sex workers CERITSS Service Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco, 2016. Results: The general characteristics sex workers are aged 31 to 40 years 44 %, 38 % complete secondary study, 58 % are cohabiting , 64 % have one to two children, 73 % are housewives and 56 % live in Cusco and / or their districts; the age of onset of sexual / coital activities are less than 15 years at 59 %, the number of sexual partners in a day's work is > 10 people 63 %, the reach orgasm with their customers is present in a fraction of 19 % , how often they have sex a week relationships is > 4 times 75 %, 36 % were victims of incest, 93 % use condoms in all their relationships , 61 % suffered rape, with regard to masturbation 70 % do not practice , most of the population 61 % are not using pornography, 100 % practice vaginal and oral sex, and anal sex 61 %, 100 % is heterosexual, 22 % practice bisexuality , presents 88% excibicionismo , 45 % voyeurism, masochism 32 % 22 % 15 % sadism and fetishism. Conclusion: The results found in users sex workers service CERITSS Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco, during 2016, regarding sexual practices have similarities to previous studies, considering the population at risk, and with much lack of information.
