The research entitled "Work stress, in, teachers, in the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Andean University of Cusco, in times of pandemic 2021" aims to identify the level of work stress, in, teachers, in the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Andean University of Cusco, in times of pandemic 2021. The methodology that was followed was, scope, descriptive, design, no, experimental, cross-sectional. The population was made up of 245 university professors from the professional schools of the Faculty of Health Sciences, and a stratified random probabilistic sample of 152 professors, who were evaluated by means of the "Scale of, stress, work, of, the, ILO-WHO”, adaptation made by, Suarez, (2013). It was concluded that the level of work stress in teachers is mostly low average, which means that teachers have been able to manage stress levels despite the global situation of COVID-19.
