This research work entitled "FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE VACCINATION SCHEDULE IN CHILDREN UNDER 1 YEAR, TECHO OBRERO HEALTH CENTER, SICUANI, CUSCO 2022". Objective: Is to determine the factors associated with non-compliance with the vaccination schedule in mothers of children under 1 year of age who attend the Techo Obrero Health Center, Sicuani, Cusco, 2022. Methodology: it was a quantitative approach, of a descriptive-correlational type and the crosssectional non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 92 mothers, who met the inclusion criteria. The techniques used were observation and interview and the instruments were an observation sheet and the survey. RESULTS: Regarding the vaccination schedule, 56.52% are untimely and 43.48% are timely; sociodemographic factors 34.78% are between 26 and 35 years old; 28.26% have dependent work; 30.44% earn from 1000.00 soles or more; 34.78% have 2 children; 48.91% cohabiting children; institutional factors 46.74% of the professionals show little interest in the child; 41.30% refer to receiving regular information about the vaccines before they are administered; 45.65% indicate receiving regular information after the vaccine, 36.96% mention that the service hours are inadequate; 30.43% indicate that the waiting time for care is 60 minutes or more; 29.35% refer to the consultation service lasting from 41 to 59 minutes; cognitive factors 52.17% do not know the diseases that vaccines prevent and 53.26% do not know the vaccines that the 1-year-old child receives; the factors associated with non-compliance with vaccines are: sociodemographic factors with a p value=0.025, institutional factors with a p value=0.004 according to the chi square statistical test (<0.05) while cognitive factors are not associated with a p value= 0.612 according to the chi square statistical test (>0.05).
