The objective of this research work is to determine the unit cost of the products of the budgetary program Maternal and Neonatal Health of the Alfredo Callo Rodríguez Hospital of Sicuani and as a general problem it is to know how much is the cost of attention of the products of direct attention to the pregnant woman? From the information obtained, the analysis of the budgetary execution and the physical goals of each product has been carried out, of direct attention to the pregnant women, which resulted in the cost of the products being the total consolidated costs, which Compared to the number of attentions of each product, it allows us to obtain the average unit cost of care for each product, from the 2017 and 2018 periods. Coming to the conclusión: that the “Cost of the products of the budget program Maternal and Neonatal Health of the Alfredo Hospital Callo Rodríguez Sicuani - Canchis period 2017 - 2018”, is made up of the elements of production a) personnel compensation cost and social benefits; b) cost of materials; c) cost of services and d) cost of non-financial assets. The techniques that were used in this research work, were the analysis of the information and the interview, with the instruments document analysis and interview guide, the results were processed through the use of Excel software. The research approach is quantitative and the descriptive design of a non-experimental basic level. The Population and the sample are the 2017, 2018 budget years of the neonatal maternal health budget program. It is also noted that most of the budget of the budget program is designated as the cost of personnel compensation and social benefits.
