Gestión de cadena de suministros de la Municipalidad Distrital de Lucre, provincia de Quispicanchis, Cusco, 2021

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación teniendo como título “GESTIÓN DE CADENA DE SUMINISTROS DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL DE LUCRE EN EL AÑO 2021” tuvo como objetivo describir como es la cadena de suministros en la Municipalidad Distrital de Lucre, provincia de Quispicanchis, Cusco-2021; de acuerdo a la metodología aplicada fue de tipo básica, con enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental y de alcance descriptiva contando con una población y muestra de 100 trabajadores a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta con respuesta cerradas siendo altamente fiable de acuerdo al resultado del alfa de Cronbach de 0.926. La investigación concluyo en que la gestión de la cadena de suministros es regular debido a la respuesta obtenida por los trabajadores que fue de 62%, además el promedio fue de 3.06, siendo regular.

The research work entitled "MANAGEMENT OF THE SUPPLY CHAIN OF THE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY OF LUCRE IN THE YEAR 2021" aimed to describe what the supply chain is like in the District Municipality of Lucre, province of Quispicanchis, Cusco- 2021; According to the methodology applied, it was of a basic type, with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design and a descriptive scope, with a population and sample of 100 workers to whom a survey with closed responses was applied, being highly reliable according to the result of the study. The investigation concluded that the management of the supply chain is regular due to the response obtained by the workers, which was 62%, in addition the average was 3.06, being regular.
