The present research work was carried out in the facilities of the Real Plaza Cusco shopping center, with the objective of describing the sensory marketing of the clients in the clothing and accessories stores, the same one that was described through its four dimensions which are, perception visual, auditory perception, olfactory perception and tactical perception. The type of research is basic, with a quantitative approach, of non-experimental design and descriptive scope, taking as customers the clothing stores and accessories stores of the real Plaza Cusco shopping center, considering a probabilistic sample with unknown population giving as a statistical result of 384 customers who frequent such devices. Likewise, the questionnaire was used as a technique to collect information from the survey, consequently the statistical program SPSS was applied; where the sensory marketing variable had an average result of 3.28 with an adequate or fast level; the visual perception dimension obtained an average of 3.37 placing it at a level neither adequate nor required; auditory perception with an average of 3.02 at a level neither adequate nor approximate; the olfactory perception with an average of 3.43 being interpreted as adequate and the tactical perception with an average of 3.31 with a level neither adequate nor adequate. Finally, these results serve to describe the sensory marketing of customers in the clothing and accessories stores of the real Plaza Cusco shopping center in 2019.
