Sistema software de gestión para el área de relaciones comunitarias de la empresa MMG Limited - Unidad Minera las Bambas.

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación, tiene la finalidad de desarrollar un sistema de información para la gestión social del área de Relaciones Comunitarias de la empresa MMG Limited - Unidad Minera Las Bambas. Haciendo el análisis de los procesos en el área de Relaciones Comunitarias, identificamos oportunidades de mejora en cuanto a la gestión de información. A partir de estas oportunidades, proponemos la implementación de un sistema de gestión social que contribuya en el relacionamiento comunitario y medición del desempeño social. Al momento de identificar los requisitos del sistema en el área de Relaciones Comunitarias, observamos que existen diferentes entidades asociadas a la gestión social, y decidimos identificar una estructura estándar para el sistema de información basado en estas entidades las cuales llamamos pilares de gestión social. Los módulos desarrollados en el sistema son: Stakeholder, localización, diálogo, análisis social, cumplimiento e inversión social. Como indicamos anteriormente, estos módulos guardan estrecha relación con los pilares de gestión social identificados (stakeholders, comunidad, diálogo, análisis social acuerdos e inversión social). Para lograr un sistema adaptable a los procesos del área de Relaciones Comunitarias, ptamos por utilizar las siguientes tecnologías, las cuales están en constante evolución y escalabilidad: SCRUM, Tablero Kanban, MS SQL Server, ASP.Net Web orms, C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, API de Google Maps, Controles jQuery, JSON, DataTable.js y Highchart.js. Finalmente, a partir de un estudio de costo/beneficio, concluimos que el sistema es factible para su implementación dentro del área de Relaciones Comunitarias.

The thesis goal is developing a social management software for Community Relations Department of Las Bambas Mine. During processes’ analyzing in the Community Relations Department, we identified opportunities for improvement in terms of information management. Based on these opportunities, we propose the implementation of a social management system that contributes to community relations and the measurement of social performance. When identifying the requirements of the system in the Community Relations Department, we observed that there are different entities associated with social management, and we decided to identify a standard structure for the information system based on these entities we call pillars of social management. The components in the system are: Stakeholder, location, dialogue, social analysis, compliance and social investment. As indicated above, these components are closely related to the pillars of social management identified (stakeholders, community, dialogue, analysis, social agreements and social investment). To achieve an adaptable system to the Community Relations Department processes, we use the following technologies, which are in constant evolution and scalability: SCRUM, Kanban Board, MS SQL Server, ASP.Net Web Forms, C #, HTML5, CSS3 , JavaScript, Bootstrap, Google Maps API, jQuery controls, JSON, DataTable.js and Highchart.js. Finally, based on a cost / benefit study, it concludes that the system is feasible for its implementation within the Community Relations Department.
