Efecto de una intervención educativa en el nivel de conocimiento sobre neumonía en madres de niños menores de 5 años. Class Santa Adriana, Juliaca, Puno – 2017.

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación intitulado “EFECTO DE UNA INTERVENCIÓN EDUCATIVA EN EL NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO SOBRE NEUMONÍA EN MADRES DE NIÑOS MENORES DE 5 AÑOS. CLAS SANTA ADRIANA, JULIACA, PUNO-2017“, tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto de una intervención educativa en el nivel de conocimiento sobre neumonía en madres del Class Santa Adriana, Juliaca, Puno - 2017. El diseño metodológico que se utilizó fue prospectivo, longitudinal y cuasi-experimental; aplicado en una población muestral de 35 madres de niños menores de cinco años del Class Santa Adriana, Juiiaca, Puno - 2017. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista y el instrumento fue la encuesta. Las conclusiones fueron: Dentro de las características generales de la madre que acuden al Class Santa Adriana, Juliaca, Puno, se encontró un 48.6% de madres con una edad de 20 a 29 años, el 71.4% de madres tenían el nivel de educación secundaria, el 62.9% de madres tienen el estado civil de conviviente, respecto al número de hijos el 54.3% tienen uno a dos hijos, el 48.6% de madres tienen ocupación de comerciante, el 42.9 % de la edad de sus hijos de las madres oscila entre siete a doce meses de edad, el 45.7% de las madres refieren vivir en Santa Adriana 1° Etapa. En cuanto al nivel de conocimientos antes de la aplicación de la intervención educativa el 48.6% de madres de niños menores de cinco años obtuvo el nivel de conocimientos regular, el 51.4% obtuvo el nivel malo y no hubo porcentaje que obtuvieran el nivel bueno. Después de la aplicación de la intervención educativa estas cifras incrementaron a un 65.7% de madres que obtuvieron un nivel bueno de conocimientos y un 31.4% obtuvo el nivel regular y solo un 2.9% obtuvo el nivel malo.

The research work entitled: “effect of an educational intervention at the level of knowledge about pneumoniae diseases in mothers of children under 5 year old CLASS SANTA ADRIANA, JULIACA, PUNO, 2017“, was aimed at assessing the effect of an educational intervention et the Ievel of knowledge about Pneumoniae diseases in mothers of children less than 5 years from the center of health Class Santa Adriana, Juliaca Puno 2017. The methodological design that was used in this research was prospective, longitudinal and cuasiexperimental; applied in a sample population of 35 mothers of children younger than five years from the center health Class Santa Adriana. The technique used was the interview and the survey instrument. The conclusions were: within the general characteristics of the mothers who come tho the health center of Class Santa Adriana, Juliaca, Puno 2017 met a 48.6% of mothers whit en age of 20 to 35 years, 71.4% of mothers had a Ievel of complete secondary education, 48.6% of mothers have and occupation of homemaker, 62.9% of mothers have the civil status of cohabitant. With regard to the number of children 53.3%, 45.7% of mothers living in the Santa Adriana 1° teapot. In terms of the Ievel of knowledge prior to application of educational intervention 0% of mothers of children under five years of age received regular awareness, obtained the mean Ievel and only 48.6%, 51.4% obtained the mean Ievel. After implementation of the educational intervention these figures increase of 65.7% of mothers who obtained a good Ievel of knowledge and 31.4% obtained the regular Ievel not having mothers with bad knowledge Ievel.
