La residualidad y la audiencia de tutela de derechos en los juzgados de investigación preparatoria de la provincia de La Convención - 2022

Abstract

La investigación desarrollada tiene como título “La residualidad y la audiencia de tutela de derechos en los juzgados de investigación preparatoria de la provincia e la convención – 2022”, dicha investigación tubo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre la residualidad y la audiencia de tutela de derechos en los juzgados e investigación preparatoria de la provincia de la investigación – 2022. En ese sentido se tiene que la investigación es de tipo aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, su diseño se centra en uno no experimental, especifica, transversal, de nivel descriptivo correlacional. Conforme ello, el análisis de la muestra en la presente investigación estuvo conformada por un total de 36 abogados litigantes, sobre quienes se aplicó los instrumentos de medida, encuestas, tanto de la variable residualidad como de la variable tutela de derechos, cabe precisar que los instrumentos fueron validados por un experto, siendo además necesario para el extremo de confiabilidad la utilización del alfa de Cronbach, teniéndose como resultados para la primera variable 0.874 y para la segunda 0.876, asimismo para el análisis de datos se utilizó el estadístico Rho de Sperman De igual forma, el resultado con relacion a la prueba de hipótesis, conseguido mediante el estadígrafo Rho de Sperman que mostro un coeficiente de correlación r = 0,279, así como una significancia bilateral p = 0.019, por lo que se pudo concluir que existe una correlación positiva débil y una relacion significativa entre las variables residualidad y tutela de derechos.

According to this, the analysis of the sample in the present investigation was made up of a total of 36 trial lawyers, on whom the measurement instruments, surveys, both of the residual variable and the variable protection of rights, were applied, it should be noted that the The instruments were validated by an expert, and the use of Cronbach's alpha was also necessary for the endpoint of reliability, with the results being 0.874 for the first variable and 0.876 for the second, and the Spermman's Rho statistic was used for data analysis. In the same way, the result in relation to the hypothesis test, obtained by means of the Spermman's Rho statistician, which showed a correlation coefficient r = 0.279, as well as a bilateral significance p = 0.019, for which it was possible to conclude that there is a correlation weak positive and a significant relationship between the variables residuality and protection of rights.
