In this thesis, the relationship between the estimates of the remaining useful life was investigated, based on a functional evaluation with topographic sight and level and a structural evaluation with the Benkelman Beam, on the flexible pavement in the T’icapata - Cc Pumamarca on the ENACO - Abra Ccorao road in the San Sebastián district. n the functional evaluation of the pavement with sight and level, the longitudinal profile located 1.10 meters from the edge of the pavement was obtained, both in the descending and ascending lane. The longitudinal profiles obtained are of acceptable quality for the calculation of the International Roughness Index - IRI, in the study section using the ProVAL 3.61.30 software, with which, we calculate an index of 4,007 m / km in the ascending lane and an index of 5,184 m / km in the descending lane. Estimating an average IRI index of 4,596 m / Km of both lanes. Then, through expressions and correlations, the Present Serviceability Index (PSI) of 2.17 was calculated, with the purpose of qualifying the level of passability of the pavement section. Finally, with this serviceability index, the remaining useful life of 32.9% of the flexible pavement of the section under study was obtained through the Weibull Distribution Methodology. It is concluded that the difference in the percentages of remaining useful life between the estimates is greater than 10% raised as the initial general hypothesis. In the structural evaluation of the pavement using the Benkelman Beam, pavement deflections were measured at intervals of 200 meters in each lane; this was done in an interleaved way to obtain a sampling interval in the 100-meter section. Subsequently, in the cabinet the deflectometric analysis was carried out based on the methodology used by the MTC - CONREVIAL Road Rehabilitation Consortium. Obtaining the parameters of: The Radius of Curvature, with an average value of 95.5 meters; The Characteristic Deflection, with a value of 3.66 mm; Admissible Deflection, with a value of 1.144 millimeters calculated from projections for the year 2019 of bibliographic data from the Annual Average Daily Index (IMDA) of the Technical File of the road in 2008. The methodology classifies the pavement structure, as fatigued or who complied with the Equivalent Load Shafts for which it was designed. It was concluded that the difference in the percentages of Useful Remaining Life between the estimates is greater than 10% initially proposed as a general hypothesis.
