Cumplimiento del primer presupuesto material de la prisión preventiva en los requerimientos de prisión preventiva realizados durante el año 2018 en la Segunda Fiscalía Corporativa del Cusco

Abstract

El trabajo titulado “Cumplimiento del primer presupuesto material de la prisión preventiva en los requerimientos de prisión preventiva realizados durante el año 2018 en la Segunda Fiscalía Corporativa Del Cusco” con el objetivo de establecer si en la Segunda Fiscalía Corporativa del Cusco se cumple con demostrar que existen fundados y graves elementos de convicción para estimar razonablemente la comisión de un delito que vincule al imputado como autor o partícipe del mismo, en los requerimientos de prisión preventiva realizados durante el año 2018. En cuanto a la metodología; el tipo de investigación jurídica elegido fue la dogmática interpretativa, nivel descriptivo, enfoque cuantitativo. Se concluyó que se llega a cumplir con los fundados y graves elementos de convicción para estimar razonablemente la comisión de un delito que vincule al imputado como autor o partícipe del mismo, en los requerimientos de prisión preventiva realizados durante el año 2018, donde se presentó ante el juzgado las pruebas y fundamentos sobre el delito que se ha cometido.
