Regulación normativa del uso del cáñamo y sus derivados, para fines industriales en el Perú

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como propósito el análisis y contrastación del fenómeno legal que se da en la actualidad con respecto a la planta del cáñamo y sus derivados en el Perú, así mismo que mediante el uso de materiales eco-amigables y biodegradables nos permiten el derecho a vivir en un ambiente Sano y Equilibrado. La presente investigación tiene un alto valor teórico pues de sus resultados se podrán contar con el aclaramiento de conceptos semánticos, diferenciación en cuanto a sus usos y características del cáñamo, marihuana y cannabis, así mismo se pone en evidencia un nuevo material sostenible y biodegradable que reemplazará al plástico de un solo, para así poder hacer una clara diferenciación en cuanto a sus usos y características. Se analizarán diversas normativas internacionales respecto al cáñamo para así poder tener un panorama comparado más claro y contemporáneo. De igual manera analizaremos los diferentes cuerpos legales nacionales en los que se hace mención a la planta del cannabis para así poder proponer, nosotros mismos un proyecto normativo que reglamentara el uso y la producción del cáñamo para fines industriales a nivel nacional.

The current thesis aims to analyze and contrast the legal Phenom that presents the plant of hemp and its by products in Peru, likewise through the usage of ecofriendly and bio degradable materials, that allow us the right to live in a healthy and balanced environment. The current investigation has a high theoretical value, given that from its results we could count with clarifications of semantic concepts, differentiations between hemp, marihuana and cannabis, its uses and characteristics, likewise, we obtain as a result a new, sustainable and biodegradable material that will replace the one usage plastics. This way, there will be a clear differentiation in regards to its usage and characteristics. Various foreign hemp regulations will be analyzed so we can have a clearer and more contemporary panorama. In the same manner, we will analyze different national legal frameworks in which the plant of cannabis is mentioned, so this way, we can put forward a legislative project of our own that will regulate and lay down the rules for the usage and production of hemp with industrial purposes nationwide.
