The objective of this research was to describe the logistical management of the Glass of Milk Program from the MIDIS proposal in the District Municipality of San Jerónimo - 2023. The methodology was quantitative approach, descriptive scope, non-experimental design, the population was made up of 22 glass of milk committees with a total of 66 members, the data collection technique is the survey and the instrument is the questionnaire. Concluding that: The selection of beneficiaries in 39.4% is regular because documentary accreditation is not always requested. This occurs as well as an overpopulation of beneficiaries. The programming is 37.9% regular because they do not always verify the data of the beneficiaries, as well as they do not always comply with the schedule where the dates and areas to be registered. The distribution is regular at 42.4%, which indicates that sometimes the planning to distribute the products is not always fulfilled. Supervision is good at 40.9%, which implies that supervision of delivery and consumption of rations to beneficiaries. The evaluation is regular at 43.9% because evaluations are sometimes made to the leaders of the glass of milk and because there are only sometimes spaces for analysis and measurement of compliance with the purpose and goals of the program. Logistics management is regular according to 81.8%, because dimensions such as selection, programming, distribution, evaluation, and supervision are at a level regular according to the beneficiaries of the glass of milk program.
