The general objective of this research work was to describe the educational management of the Santa Ana Private Pedagogical Higher Education Institute, located in the district of Santa Ana, province of La Convención, 2019, which was evaluated through the dimensions proposed by UNESCO being the administrative dimension, pedagogical and community institutional, was a study of basic type, quantitative approach, non-experimental design – transversal and descriptive scope, the study population were the students of the same, having a sample of 141 elements, to whom a survey of 30 items was applied, which demonstrated reliability through cronbach's Alpha Internal Consistency index statistic having a value of 0.839; the results of these surveys were that: Educational Management at the Santa Ana Institute is presented with an average of 2.71, which indicates that the level is regular, a result that shows that the administrative, institutional, pedagogical and community dimension are factors that are not developed adequately, presenting many shortcomings that make educational management not the most efficient, showing some discontent of both teachers and students for the different situations that have been presented in the normal development of the class sessions.
