Gestión de destino turístico en la municipalidad distrital de Lamay, provincia de Calca, Cusco- 2020

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se ha observado que el distrito de Lamay cuenta con importante potencial turístico debido a sus diferentes recursos y tipos de turismo que puedan practicarse en su territorio, es así que la municipalidad distrital de Lamay no cuenta con una adecuada gestión de destino turístico lo que provocó que los principales atractivos no fueron conocidos por la mayoría de los turistas y este distrito no se consolidó como un destino turístico. El objetivo del presente trabajo es describir cómo es la gestión del destino turístico en la Municipalidad Distrital de Lamay, provincia de Calca, Cusco 2020, es así que se pudo comprobar que esta entidad no cuenta con un adecuado manejo de la gestión de destinos turísticos. La metodología es de tipo básico descriptivo, no experimental. Se encuestó a ciudadanos de la sociedad civil involucradas con la actividad turística del distrito de Lamay, de los resultados de la encuesta se observa que el 38.5% considera que la gestión de destino turístico es regular ratificando el papel esencial que debe de jugar la iniciativa pública en el fomento de distrito como un núcleo receptor de visitantes, debe orientarse preferentemente a impulsar la promoción con una adecuada implementación de la oferta turística con el objetivo de que la industria turística resultante sea verdaderamente sostenible, sana, limpia y no impacte negativamente en el medio ambiente, pero lamentablemente la municipalidad ha ignorado voluntariamente todos estos aspectos citados, demostrando poco interés de la gestión municipal al no darle un verdadero énfasis en el desarrollo turístico confirmando así la vital importancia de mejorar la planificación, organización, dirección y control de la gestión del destino turístico con la finalidad de implementar con instrumentos de gestión para el desarrollo turístico del distrito.

In this research work, it has been observed that the Lamay district has significant tourist potential due to its different resources and types of tourism that can be practiced in its territory, so the district municipality of Lamay does not have adequate management of tourist destination which caused that the main attractions were not known by most tourists and this district was not consolidated as a tourist destination. The objective of this work is to describe how is the management of the tourist destination in the District Municipality of Lamay, province of Calca, Cusco 2020, thus it was found that this entity does not have an adequate management of the management of tourist destinations. The methodology is of a basic descriptive type, not experimental. Citizens of civil society involved with tourism in the Lamay district were surveyed, from the results of the survey it is observed that 38.5% consider that tourist destination management is regular, ratifying the essential role that the public initiative should play In the promotion of the district as a receiving nucleus of visitors, it should be oriented preferably to promote the promotion with an adequate implementation of the tourist offer with the aim that the resulting tourist industry is truly sustainable, healthy, clean and does not negatively impact the environment environment, but unfortunately the municipality has voluntarily ignored all these aspects mentioned, showing little interest of the municipal management by not giving it a true emphasis on tourism development, thus confirming the vital importance of improving the planning, organization, direction and control of the management of the tourist destination in order to implement with in Management instruments for the tourist development of the district.
