The research titled "CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS DISEASE IN PATIENTS WITH TUBERCULOSIS, LA CONVENCIÓN-CUSCO HEALTH SERVICES NETWORK 2023" aimed to determine the clinical characteristics and attitudes towards the disease in patients with tuberculosis from the La Convención Cusco Health Services Network- 2023. It had a descriptive, non-experimental, crosssectional design; the study population and sample were 37 patients diagnosed with tuberculosis, using observation and survey techniques; employing document observation guides and questionnaires. The results showed that 53.8% of the patients were older than 51 years; 74.4% were male, 43.6% were cohabiting, 46.2% had no children, 69.2% were self-employed, and 48.7% had completed secondary education. Regarding clinical characteristics, 89.7% suffered from pulmonary tuberculosis; 92.3% received a sensitive scheme as treatment, 89.7% underwent sputum smear microscopy; 89.7% sputum culture, 69.2% presented with cough; 97.4% showed apathy and weakness, 94.9% reported night sweats; 69.2% had difficulty breathing, 94.8% were new patients, and 69.0% had been ill for 15 to 29 days. Regarding the attitude variable in the cognitive dimension, 73.0% had an acceptable attitude; in the behavioral dimension, 67.6% showed a moderately acceptable attitude; in the affective dimension, 59.5% had a moderately acceptable attitude. Finally, for the overall attitude, 51.4% had an acceptable attitude and 48.6% had a moderately acceptable attitude.
