The increase of the gastronomic demand in our country has gone increasing gradually causing the opening of many restaurants that offer typical meal of the region, with it a series of problems in the service, infrastructure etc. Obstacles that affect the image of the sector. The corresponding institutions must create hardware and mechanisms opportunely to face these problems for the development of this activity. The target of the present research work was to determine if the service quality in the restaurants of the district of Saylla will allow to encourage the Gastronomic Tourism The methodology used in the present investigation is a descriptive level, for which surveys have been applied to the different restaurants of the district of Saylla so much proprietary like collaborators of the above mentioned restaurants and tourists that it does its stop to the Saylla district. The hypothesis raised in the present investigation was that the quality of the service in restaurants of the district of fond Saylla in promotion of the Gastronomic Tourism of the present district, being verified by the obtained results. It is vital that the restaurants improve the quality of the service and its infrastructure for major satisfaction of its clients, for which needs a constant training so much from the owners and collaborators to increase the influx of tourists be already national or foreign.
