The present research work entitled “Qualitative credit factor and its relationship with the delinquency of independent partners in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Perú Inka - first semester 2021“, has as a general objective to determine the qualitative credit factor and its relationship with the delinquency of independent partners in the Peru Inka Savings and Credit Cooperative - first semester 2021, the study population is made up of the 60 credit files found in the delinquent portfolio; The sample is of a census type and is made up of 60 credit evaluation files found in the delinquent portfolio in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Perú Inka Ltda - first semester 2021; likewise the type of research is basic; quantitative approach, because the information on the qualitative factor and the relationship with delinquency will be contrasted, through documentary review; The design that was used is non-experimental, descriptive- correlational in scope because we will not construct any delinquency situation in the cooperative, we will only observe an existing one. The technique was documentary review with the respective document review sheet instrument. The most relevant result was that according to table No. 10 of the rating of the qualitative credit factor variable, 86.7% of the 60 files reviewed, corresponding to 52 files, do not have the necessary information that should contain a correct evaluation of the factor. qualitative credit, thus reaching the conclusion that the results confirm the hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between the qualitative credit factor and the delinquency of independent partners in the Peru Inka Savings and Credit Cooperative - first semester 2021
