Abstract

“La imprescriptibilidad de los delitos contra los recursos naturales y medio Ambiente” El presente trabajo de investigación parte de un hecho objetivo que posee matices tanto jurídicos como sociales la imprescriptibilidad de los delitos contra el medio ambiente y los recursos naturales sustentado por los derechos contemplados en la Constitución de la República del Perú a todos sus ciudadanos está el derecho a vivir y gozar de un medio ambiente sano, y equilibrado, el Código Penal tipifica algunas conductas que lesionan el medio ambiente en el Titulos XIII delitos Ambientales Capítulo I delitos de contaminación y el Capitulo II delitos contra los recursos naturales donde hasta fecha no es suficiente para prevenir más aun controlar y regular los delitos contra los recursos naturales y el medio ambiente, causándole perjuicios al mismo y daños a los seres que viven en él medio e indirectamente afectando la sobrevivencia de la humanidad con respecto a las justificaciones se promueve la imprescriptibilidad que busca que el estado pueda perseguir de manera indefinida a una persona implicada en un acto delictivos el máximo tiempo para que continúe con la investigación.
