In this work the statistical test t of student was used, to a population of 6386 using a sample of 116, in order to verify the general hypothesis and the specific hypotheses of that way fulfilling the objectives set. So it was obtained that in the district of Acopia there was an increase in the level of income with a P value = 0.000, in the District of Mosocllacta there is also a positive impact in terms of its level of income with a P value = 0.001, in the same way in the Pomacanchi District there is a positive impact on their income level with a P value = 0.000, which responds to the specific objective 1 being the reason for the improvement in income, the reduction of time and cost of freight for the commercialization of agricultural products; As for the monthly income from tourism in the district of Acopia and Mosocllacta, it does not generate any type of impact, since the population indicates that there is no tourist activity in their districts and / or they do not receive any type of income for this activity, on the other hand In the Pomacanchi district, the monthly income from tourism does not show statistically significant differences between 2007 and 2018 with a P value = 0.083; Regarding the payment for the basic sanitation service between 2007 and 2018, it was found that in the district of Acopia it does not present statistically significant differences with a P value = 0.397, the district of Mosocllacta also does not present a large statistical variation with a P value = 0.643 and finally in the Pomacanchi district if it shows a variation in the payment for the basic sanitation service between 2007 and 2018 with an increase of 0.87 soles and a P value = 0.000. Regarding the perception of more income, we obtained that the district of Acopia 57.1% affirms that it received more post-construction income from the improvement of the road and 42.9% indicates that no, in Mosocllacta the population that if they received more income is equivalent to 50 % as people who did not receive with the other 50%, in Pomacanchi the percentage of the population that did receive more income after road improvement was 46.8% and those who did not receive greater income 53.2%. In its productive activities, in Acopia there has been an increase in the employed sector that includes dependent, independent merchants and servers of the state with a percentage variation of 7.1% in 2007 to 10.7% in 2018; In the agriculture sector the percentages were maintained with 60.7% in both periods of time, in the agriculture and livestock sector there was a decrease from 32.1% in 2007 to 28.6% in 2018; In the Mosocllacta district, there was an increase in the sector employed with a variation of 6.3% in 2007 to 12.5% in 2018 and the agricultural sector maintained with 75% in both periods of time, in the same way in Pomacanchi the The employed sector had an increase of 33.8% in 2007 and 37.7% in 2018, while the agricultural sector decreased from 42.9% to 40.3%. Regarding the existence of tourist attractions within its districts, they affirm that the 57.1% district of Acopia does not consider the existence of tourist attractions in its district, while in Mosocllacta only 12.5% of the population does not consider that they have tourist attractions in its district and finally Pomacanchi with 62.3% does not consider the existence of tourist attractions in its district. Similarly, in its perception of some type of tourism income, 89.3% do not receive any type of income thanks to tourism, Mosocllacta with 81.3% of no perception of any type of tourism income and Pomacanchi with a 70.1% of not benefiting from any type of tourism income. In the districts of Acopia, Mosocllacta has increased to 99% the coverage of water and drainage without necessarily being thanks to the improvement of the section road: Cebadapata - Chacamayo, if not for a good management of the district municipalities and of the Administrative Boards of service and sanitation (JASS), having the problem in drinking water quality standards for human consumption. On the other hand, the methodology used in the research is descriptive - correlational, with a quantitative approach, and non-experimental - longitudinal design.
