This work Research which main objective was to determine the consequences of budget reduction by Canon gas in implementing road infrastructure projects, having raised the hypothesis results in the execution of road infrastructure projects carried out by direct administration. The study was descriptive, evaluative, the study population consisted of documents and information concerning road infrastructure projects, technical data collection was the literature review, documents of the entity on the two public investment projects the data analysis was performed using the spreadsheet Microsoft Excel. Reached the following conclusions: The consequences of budget reduction by gas canon are delaying the financial and physical progress in the implementation of road infrastructure projects by direct administration to the Special Project COPESCO Plan, Cusco region, in the periods 2012 , 2013 and 2014. it was determined that in Yaurisque Road Improvement Project Ranracasa Paruro shows a physical progress of 44.59% and 49.29% of financial progress; while the Road Improvement Project Huarocondo - Pachar, Huarocondo District and Ollantaytambo shows a physical progress of 27.32% and 65.01% of financial progress. To this it is added that reducing the budget by gas canon is a result of lower oil prices on the international market by the crisis between the world powers.
