The objective of this study was: to determine the degree of relationship between bruxism and the prevalence of dental wear, analyzed from centric and eccentric bruxism and attrition and abrasion. The scope was descriptive - correlational, worked under the non-experimental cross-sectional design and with a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 48 students, from whom information was collected through a survey, the result obtained was: In the students of the tenth semester of the Professional School of Administration, bruxism occurs at a low level with an average of 2 .37 and the prevalence of dental wear is presented at a medium level with an average of 2.71; At the end of the investigation, it is concluded that bruxism is related to the prevalence of dental wear in the students of the tenth semester of the Professional School of Administration where the degree of relationship determined by Spearman's Rho correlation = 0.83, a result that shows that there is a high positive correlation, likewise, it is observed that pvalue = 0.008 < 0.05, value with which the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
