Nivel de satisfacción de los pacientes sobre los cuidados de enfermería en el servicio de medicina “A” del Hospital Regional Cusco,2019

Abstract

La investigación intitulada “NIVEL DE SATISFACCIÓN DE LOS PACIENTES SOBRE LOS CUIDADOS DE ENFERMERÍA EN EL SERVICIO DE MEDICINA “A” DEL HOSPITAL REGIONAL CUSCO, 2019” tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de satisfacción sobre los cuidados de Enfermería en pacientes del Servicio de Medicina A del Hospital Regional del Cusco. El diseño fue de tipo descriptivo y transversal con una muestra de 40 pacientes la técnica utilizada fue la entrevista.

RESULTADOS Dentro de las características generales de los pacientes del servicio de medicina “A” del Hospital Regional del Cusco respecto al sexo de los pacientes el 45% son masculino y 55% femenino, la edad de los pacientes el 7% tiene entre 18 a 29 años, el 43% tiene entre 30 a 59 años y el 50% tiene de 60 a más, el grado de instrucción de los pacientes es 43% tienen primaria, 30% secundaria y el 27% superior, idioma que hablan los pacientes el 53% habla castellano y quechua y un 22% habla quechua; 38% proceden de la ciudad del Cusco, 26% de Urubamba y un 23% Chumbivilcas. En cuanto al nivel de satisfacción de los pacientes del servicio de medicina “A” el 30% está insatisfecho con los cuidados brindados por el profesional de enfermería, el 65% esta medianamente satisfecho, 5% está satisfecho.

RESULTS Within the general characteristics of the patients of the medicine service “A” of the Regional Hospital of Cusco regarding the sex of the patients 55% are male and 55% female, the age of the patients 7% is between 18 and 28 years old , 43% are between 30 and 59 years old and 50% are between 60 and older, the degree of instruction of patients is 43% have primary, 30% secondary and 28% higher, language spoken by patients 45% He speaks Spanish and Quechua and 23% speaks Quechua; 38% come from Cusco, 28% from Urubamba and 23% from Chumbivilcas.

Regarding the level of satisfaction of patients in the “A” medicine service, 30% are dissatisfied with the care provided by the nursing professional, 65% are moderately satisfied, 5% are satisfied.
