Abstract: El clima laboral en las organizaciones sigue siendo un tema de difícil control debido a la
presencia de múltiples factores y variables que en el mundo actual se han tornado más
complejas con la introducción de las modernas tecnologías de información y
comunicación. En este contexto, sigue siendo importante su medición y comprensión por
parte de los administradores. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal conocer el
clima laboral de la Unidad Administrativa del Hospital de Quillabamba 2018. Con dicha
finalidad, se ha diseñado un estudio básico, cuantitativo, descriptivo y no experimental,
basado en la aplicación de una encuesta a 43 trabajadores administrativos del hospital.
Dicha encuesta fue diseñada y aplicada con base en 3 dimensiones, 6 sub-dimensiones y 24
ítems, cuyos datos fueron procesados y analizados siguiendo el método estadístico
descriptivo. Los resultados de la investigación evidencian claramente que en la unidad
administrativa del hospital de Quillabamba existe un mal clima laboral, ello se deduce de
los bajos puntajes promedios alcanzados en todas las dimensiones sub-dimensiones e ítems
del cuestionario aplicado, tales puntajes promedio están en la mayor parte de los casos por
debajo del nivel regular de la escala de baremación empleada, siendo necesario la
aplicación de políticas y acciones de mejoramiento de mejoramiento del clima laboral.
The working environment in organizations continues to be a difficult subject to control due to the presence of multiple factors and variables that in today's world have become more complex with the introduction of modern information and communication technologies. The main objective of this study is to determine the working environment of the Administrative Unit of the Hospital of Quillabamba 2018. For this purpose, a basic, quantitative, descriptive and non-experimental study based on the application of a survey of 43 administrative workers has been designed. of the hospital. This survey was designed and applied based on 3 dimensions, 6 sub-dimensions and 24 items, whose data were processed and analyzed following the descriptive statistical method. The results of the investigation clearly show that in the administrative unit of the Quillabamba hospital there is a bad work climate, this is deduced from the low average scores reached in all the dimensions subdimensions and items of the applied questionnaire, such average scores are in the Most of the cases below the regular level of the scale used, the application of policies and actions to improve the working environmentis necessary.
