The main objective of the study "Human capital and productivity in MYPES in the textile sector managed by women in the Province of Cusco, 2019" is to measure the prevalence of human capital in the productivity of MYPES in the textile sector run by women in Cusco, 2019. Regarding the methods, the design of the research was non-experimental, cross-sectional, without independent variables manipulated, and the research approach was quantitative. Regarding the sample, the total number of textile companies run by women (76 textile companies) was considered to achieve representative results. Finally, regarding the findings, the Spearman's Rho test (Rho = 0.421) indicates that there is a positive and moderate relationship between human capital and the productivity. The education dimension was positively correlated with productivity, on average (Rho = 0.415), as were the experience dimension (Rho = 0.360) and training (Rho = 0.349).
