This research work entitled “MICROCREDIT AND THE SAVINGS OF ENTREPRENEURS 'PARTNERS IN THE COMMUNITY BANKS OF THE MICROFINANCE UNITS ARARIWA AGENCIA CUSCO, PERIOD 2016“ has as general objective to determine the situation of Microcredit and Savings of the entrepreneurial partners in the communal banks. This thesis presents a description of the situation of Microcredit (External Account) and the savings of the entrepreneurial partners of the Arariwa - Cusco Agency, which is a credit taken by people of low income, as the main destination to be invested in a productive enterprise to improve the financial, business, academic, social and health aspect taking into account the loan, quota, savings (voluntary, programmed), interest rate since they are important indicators to grant a loan. These indicators were used and compared to show the relationship and difference between different ways of determining, describing the situation of microcredit (external account) and the savings of the entrepreneurial partners, since these indicators allow to determine and describe how is microcredit, saving, use of savings. In the first chapter, the problem regarding the Microcredit (External Account) and Savings in the entrepreneurial partners of the Arariwa Microfinance Unit is set out, the general objective and the specific objectives of this thesis are established, as well as the justification, delimitation of the same. The second chapter refers to the theoretical framework that will detail the Background, Legal Bases, Theoretical Bases, Conceptual Framework, Hypothesis Formulation and Study Variables. The third chapter used the following research methodology: basic type since it does not have an immediate application end, quantitative approach because data collection is used to test the hypothesis, descriptive scope describes the characteristics of the variables and non-experimental design since the variables are not manipulated. Data collection techniques such as: Survey, documentary analysis and German method with their respective instruments Questionnaire, datasheet and financial mathematics were used that allowed obtaining the results and the most important findings within research work. The fourth chapter presents the results of the research. The fifth chapter presents the discussion where the most relevant and significant findings will be described as: The components of Microcredit are Capital, Interest and Savings (Programmed and Voluntary) and the main use of savings generated through Microcredit (External Account) Where we also consider the limitations of the study, critical comparison with existing literature, study implications. To the conclusions we have reached in a general way is that the situation of Microcredit (External Account) and Savings determine that the entrepreneurial partners that access more credits are the ones that obtain greater savings in the Community Banks of the Microfinance Unit Arariwa Agencia Cusco , period 2016.
