The present research work aimed to identify what is the perception of craft sellers about tourism activity during the state of emergency due to COVID-19, case “Association of Artisans Munayta Purisunchis“, Cusco 2020. His general hypothesis was the perception of craft sellers about tourist activity during the state of emergency due to COVID-19, it is negative according to Munayta Purisunchis association. Regarding the methodology of the research, the scope of the study was descriptive, non-experimental in design. The population was constituted by the “Association of Artisans Munayta Purisunchis“, and had a sample of 51 craft sellers. The techniques and instruments that were used are the survey and observation and as instruments observation sheet and questionnaire, which allowed to reach the following results: It is concluded from the results that the perception of craft sellers about tourism activity during the state of emergency due to COVID-19, is negative, because the artisans of the “Munayta Purisunchis Association“ did not offer their products properly, it is evident that 27% of the artisans surveyed rated the variable sellers as not adequate, or inadequate; on the other hand, 35% of the artisans rated that the variable tourist activity also as neither adequate nor inadequate, this was generated by the lack of tourism in the city of Cusco caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
