This research analyzed the impact of Covid-19 on organic coffee producers from the Huadquiña Agricultural Coffee Cooperative No. 109, in the District of Santa Teresa, Cusco, between 2018 and 2021. The study was conducted with a non-experimental, descriptive scope and quantitative approach. A questionnaire was used and applied to a sample of 119 producers to gather information. The results indicated a predominantly negative impact of the pandemic, highlighting an 80.45% reduction in coffee production in 2020 and adverse effects on the number of employees. Exports increased by 16.28% in 2020, attributed to the sale of previously accumulated surpluses. In 2021, a notable recovery was observed with increases of 49.88% in production and 36.90% in exports, reflecting the resilience and adaptation of the industry to pandemic challenges. It is concluded that the research had a significant impact on the production and export of organic coffee during the time of Covid-19.
