Introduction: Digital sexual health interventions have been developed in response to insufficient sexual health promotion among adolescents. Given that sexual health encompasses aspects such as sex education, prevention of sexually transmitted infections, contraception, gender identity, sexual orientation, and sexual satisfaction, the lack of adequate promotion of these elements may have adverse consequences on the future well-being of adolescents. For that, the main objective was to evaluate the impact of exposure to the "Ámate Bien" program on the sexual health of adolescents aged 18 and 19 years in higher educational institutions in the province of La Convención, Cusco, during the year 2023. Methods: A quasi-experimental randomized clinical trial was conducted involving 424 adolescents, divided into an intervention group that received the digital program "Love yourself well" and a control group that received video material on sexual health provided by the Ministry of Health of Peru. Results: Of the initial sample of 424 participants, 87% were successfully followed up. A total of 68.2% (n=289) were 18 years old, 61.8% (n=262) were male, 70.8% (n=300) initiated sexual activity between 16 and 18 years of age, while 37.3% (n=158) had a history of five or more sexual partners, and 12.7% (n=54) had experienced a previous born child alive. Regarding the impact of the "Ámate Bien" program, statistically significant improvements of 4.1% in knowledge, 5.9% in behavior and 15% in attitude were observed compared to the control group. Overall, the "Ámate Bien" program generated a significant overall impact, with an improvement of 36% (p < 0.001, with 177 degrees of freedom) in the study group. Conclusions: A favorable impact of the digital intervention program "Ámate Bien" on adolescents aged 18 and 19 years attending higher educational institutions in the province of La Convención, Cusco, during the year 2023 is conclusively found. This impact covers both general improvement and specific aspects related to knowledge, behavior, and attitude towards sexual health of these adolescents.
