This research is about the topic of psychomotor exercise which is necessary for the development of dental activities. Dentistry is not only a wide scientific knowledge but it also implies manual, clear and precise skills that help to the dentist work and realize his activity successfully every day. This research seeks to discover the early preclinical Dental Psychomotor Skills of students of the Professional School of Stomatology in the University Andina of Cusco. The main objective was to identify the early preclinical Dental Psychomotor Skills to the students using the Gibson Spiral Labyrinth Test. Methodologically the investigation had a quantitative non-experimental, observational, descriptive and cross-sectional approach. The unit of analysis of this research was students of the first and second semester of the Professional School of Stomatology. The sample was 115 incoming students and the technique used was the Gibson Spiral Labyrinth Test and the evaluation sheets were applied to the students, both sexes from age 16 to 27 years old. The results showed the women have better Psychomotor Skills according to mistakes seen in the Gibson Spiral Labyrinth Test and also with the time which lasted. On the other hand, it was observed a higher percentage in her right hand.
