The objectives of this research work “In vitro study of the compressive resistance in composite fill bulk resins, Tetric N-Ceram and Filtek, Cusco – 2018” are; establish the level of compression resistance of composite bulk fill resin, Tetric N-Ceram and Filtek TM , determine the resistance values according to different diameters, and compare the values obtained between these two materials. For which we start from the question, what will be the level of resistance to compression in composite resins bulk fill, Tetric N-Ceram and Filtek, Cusco 2018? The research work is quantitative, prospective, quasi-experimental, cross-sectional, comparative, of descriptive statistics. The population constituted by cylindrical test tubes of different commercial brands, Tetric ® N-Ceram Bulk Fill and Filtek TM Bulk fill for later; with different diameters. Type of non-probabilistic sample for convenience. Sample size, 30 cylindrical specimens of 4mm height, divided into two groups of 15 each; GRUPO A (Tetric ® N-Ceram bulk fill), GROUP B (Filtek TM bulk fill). At the same time, they were subdivided into 3 groups of 5 each, A1 (diameter 4mm), A2 (diameter 5mm), A3 (diameter 6mm); B1 (diameter 4mm), B2 (diameter 5mm), B3 (diameter 5mm); respectively. The 30 sample specimens were subjected to a vertical compressive force, using the CBR test machine, at a constant speed and displacement of 1.27mm/min. until the fracture. The results obtained show that the level of resistance to compression in groups A and B is good (≥26kg/mm 2 ). The average compressive strength of the subgroups; A1 is 31.07kg/mm 2 , A2 is 34.02kg/mm , and A3 is 23.46kg/mm 2 , average total group A, 29.52kg/mm 2 . For the subgroups; B1 is 32.87kg/mm 2 , B2 is 29.39kg/mm 2 , and B3 is 22.55kg/mm 2 , average total group B, 28.27kg/mm 2 . Conclusions; The level of compressive strength for both resins is good, since there are no statistically significant differences.
