The present research work entitled “Incidence of access to drinking water and sewage services on the well-being of the inhabitants of the Railroad sector, Saylla District, 2020“, whose objective was to determine the incidence of access to drinking water services and drain on the well-being of the residents of the Railway Sector, Saylla District 2020; in which, the hypothesis proposed indicates that access to drinking water and sewage services contributes to the improvement of the well-being of the inhabitants of the Railway Sector, Saylla 2020 District. descriptive - correlational, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design, where the population consisted of 250 inhabited dwellings in the Railway Sector of the Saylla district, where the population was delimited based on the age parameter between 18 and 70 years, having a probabilistic sample of 144 inhabitants of the Railway sector. Therefore, the Likert scale questionnaire was applied as an instrument for the treatment of quantitative information. Thus, the present investigation concludes that access to drinking water and sewage services affects the well-being of the inhabitants of the Railway Sector, Saylla 2020 District. Where it was obtained as a result according to the chi-square test at 95% of Confidence where it was determined that p-value 0.00 is less than 0.05, so the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Therefore, it is concluded that access to drinking water and sewage services contributes to improving the well-being of the residents of the Railway Sector, Saylla District 2020.
