Objective: Determine the relationship of the neutrophil-lymphocyte index (NLI), platelet-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) and red cell distribution width (RDW) with preeclampsia in H.N.PNP Luis N. Sáenz 2020-2023. Method: The research is observational, case-control, analytical, retrospective, cross- sectional and quantitative in nature. 72 cases and 72 controls were selected. A data collection form was used for information from medical records, the data were recorded in Excel spreadsheets and were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package, the t student, U de Mann Whitney, Fisher's Exact Test and chi squared tests were used. In addition, OR was calculated Results: It was found that the average NLR in women with preeclampsia was 3,40 ± 1,71 and in controls it was 2,75 ± 0,75, when applying the statistical test a p<0,001 was obtained, for RPL the average was 138,72 ± 60,70 for the cases and 142,28 ± 45,17 for the controls with a p=0,271 and for the RDW an average of 14,57 ± 1,34 was obtained for the cases and 14,25 ± 1,15 for the controls with a p=0,297. The OR was calculated to know the magnitude of association between NLR and preeclampsia and a value of 8,85 (2,495-31,4) was obtained. Conclusions: It was found that the neutrophil-lymphocyte index is related to preeclampsia while the platelet-lymphocyte ratio and the red cell distribution width are not related to preeclampsia.
